In our stores, our opticians spend a lot of time serving our customers. Among other things, they carry out optometric measurements and various tests to assess the patient’s visual acuity and perception. They also educate customers about the characteristics and technical requirements of the range of optical equipment offered. In this context, it was difficult for them to be available when a customer came to collect an order from Click & Collect. We wanted to find a logistical and hygienic solution for our customers who were in a hurry or worried about having to wait a few minutes indoors. We have equipped 2 of our shops with a Kern Smart Easy Plus solution.
Our opticians use our solutions every day to place orders from our website for customers who wish to collect them in the shop. They also use it for customers other than from the internet who come to collect items such as contact lenses for renewal or after-sales service deliveries. It’s a real “phygital” tool!
