Lyon Airport decided to modernize its duty-free global offer within the Airport. It expected to offer a very new and digital service based on a global extension of the Duty-Free shops initial service. This new service allows passengers to make purchases in the shops of the departure lounges and to collect them when they return from their trip, in the baggage claim room.
